Board Member Spotlight: Erik Remsen

The Middlebury Skatepark Coalition is made up of skatepark advocates working to improve our community by enhancing and expanding the outdoor recreation opportunities available to our youth and to our residents. Erik Remsen is an active member of our coalition and wears many different hats within our community as he works to improve it. You can read about one of his most recent efforts to bring a Bike Pump Track to Recreation Park. In addition to his work with us, Erik is also the president of Frost Mountain Nordic Ski Club, a member of the MALT board, is on the Town of Middlebury Planning Commission and Infrastructure Committee, and is an active member of Middlebury Safe Routes and the Walk-Bike Council of Addison County. The Bike Pump Track and the Middlebury Skatepark will be great additions to Rec Park and we are lucky to have Erik working on our behalf to improve our community.
