Middlebury Skatepark Project receives $5,000 grant from the Vermont Community Foundation to build mini-ramp

Thanks to a $5,000 grant from the Vermont Community Foundation, the Middlebury Skatepark Project will be building a mini-ramp, or small half pipe, next to the pool and bike pump track in Recreation Park.

Spring Update: the Middlebury Skatepark Project is rolling right along

Flowers, rain, skatepark news! It must be spring! The Addison Independent recently ran an article covering what the Middlebury Skatepark Project has been up to over the winter. Spoiler alert: it’s a lot!

Proposed Skatepark Location: In the Middle of Middlebury

Thanks to the site analysis work of Middlebury student Clark O’Bryan, we’ve pin-pointed an amazing potential location in Recreation Park, and have even received an initial “thumbs-up” from the Parks and Recreation Department!
